In 2018, we will celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Interdisciplinary Cerebrovascular Symposium (ICS), which was initiated in 2004 by Prof. Daniel A. Rüfenacht, Prof. Pedro Lylyk, and Dr. Makoto Ohta. After many interesting and fruitful discussions held all around the world, we are proud to welcome you to Germany for the first time.
Following the conference series motto “Bringing together international PhD and MD experts”, we are pleased to continue this fantastic opportunity for an interdisciplinary exchange of ideas between basic researchers and physicians.
In addition to many high-quality keynote lectures and interesting presentations on the latest aneurysm research ideas and projects, there will be optional introductory courses at the beginning of the meeting, which will offer interested young researchers a more in-depth look at the methods and perspectives of the various fields of research involved.
Furthermore, the results of the traditional MAC (Multiple Aneurysms Challenge) will be presented, providing a perfect opportunity to evaluate state-of-the-art methodologies in aneurysm research.
We look forward to welcoming you to Magdeburg in June 2018!
